I had a fantastic experience with Glass Doctor. They got me in the same day for a windshield replacement, which was a huge help, and their pricing was more than fair. Every person I interacted with was polite, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job well. Communication was excellent throughout—I never had to wonder what was happening or when my car would be ready. What really stood out was their attention to detail. Not only did they handle the glass repair flawlessly, but they even took the time to reapply my Firestone oil change sticker, which includes a $10 off coupon I would’ve lost otherwise. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and very appreciated. Highly recommend—fast, friendly, and reliable. I’ll definitely return if I ever need glass work again.

We had our beautiful 8-foot front door with wavy seedy glass shatter. While eating dinner one night we heard loud crack! Upon investigation we saw that the whole outer pane of the front door glass was shattered, not sure if it was caused by a bird, rock, etc.… We called Glass Doctor of Charlotte. They sent an Estimator out and two weeks later the glass was installed. What was unique about the job is that the glass was 64” tall x 26” wide with 8 separated frame slats. The installation of the new glass was excellent. The frame slats were perfectly preserved and reinstalled. Some very minor touchup work remains but we couldn’t be more pleased & satisfied. Estimator was Larry, Installers were Chris & Chommy.

Glass Doctor was perfect. Customer service was great. They gave me $50 off of my service and I got the whole back window of my pickup truck replaced for a reasonable rate. The mobile guy came and did it right in my driveway so I didn’t really have to do a thing and there was no upcharge for that. I would highly recommend them.
